Each year, the IREF brings together hundreds of brands from the French and international economic fabric to award one of the most prestigious trophies in the world of franchising and organized trade networks.

This year’s event is sponsored by the French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty.The IREF 2023 Awards ceremony will take place on Monday November 13, 2023, at Studio Gabriel. in Paris. Every year, for the 36th yearIREF organizes the Trophées de la Franchise et du Partenariat, the benchmark competition for the world of independent organized commerce.
Participating in this competition means joining more than 1,500 winners from previous years, from the most successful brands. More info on the competition website.
The ” Best Franchisees & Partners in France ” Competition was created in 1987 by IREF, Federation of European Partnership and Franchise Networks , under the high patronage of the Ministry of Trade and Crafts.

As every year, IREF wishes to highlight the rebound of the networks.
Do not hesitate to expose the special, particular actions that you have implemented for the benefit of your network. You can also relate an initiative or an exploit of one of your franchisees or partners, or even tell us, if this is the case, how you reinvented yourself.
The IREF Trophies and Diplomas are awarded to the winners during the Trophies Ceremony. It’s a unique opportunity to meet the world of franchising and partnership.
In 2023, the ceremony is organized in partnership with Cnews from the prestigious Salon Gabriel studios in Paris.
The Trophies presentation evening is an exceptional opportunity to give you visibility. This year, our event will be face-to-face and digital with an important video device; TV set, relay on social networks, on our website, on our Youtube channel, newsletters sent to all local authorities and state bodies (CCI France, CCIs, embassies, Ministry of Economy and Finance) , press releases to the main media.
(*) Young networks have the opportunity to take part in the competition for the Best Franchise and Partnership Hopefuls. It is open to young networks that have at least one “Pilot” site and a maximum of 10 franchisees, partners or affiliates.

The latest edition, under the patronage of M. Bruno LE MAIRE, m inister de l’Economie, des Finances et de la Souveraineté industrielle et numérique, rewarded 63 winners representing 48 banners. The competition focused on the new challenges of independent organized commerce. Dominique Schelcher CEO of Système U was awarded the Grand Prix Jean-Paul Clément.
